Nicholas Gill explores the boundaries and possibilities of cuisine in the Americas, and sometimes other places too.
He was born in Columbus, Ohio, and now lives in Brooklyn, New York and Lima, Peru. His words and images appear in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Fool, Roads & Kingdoms, Penthouse, New York Magazine, and in more than a dozen guidebooks.
